All Cuts are provided with your own individual prescribed luxurious wash and condition with scalp massage at our Maletti Massage Chair in our basin retreat and styled using Mr Smith products with a natural dry off.
Brush Blow dries are not included in the Cut Service, so please let your stylist know at the beginning of your service if you require a brush finish for a small additional cost.

Bang Cut
A Complimentary 15minute maintenance trim and check in chat on original Haircut service. We want to ensure you are loving your hair which means checking in on how it's styling for you & will also attend to maintaining the length of your bangs or for the gents a general clean up the sideburns, hairline hairs, in order to keep your cut /bangs/style looking on point until your next visit.
This service is applicable to Chester&Morgan guests only whom have had their Haircut in salon. This service is bookable on the same day of haircut service and upon request. It’s valid and within use of 3 weeks from the original hair appointment date or service. Available weekdays/nights and not on weekends. Not available for student or kiddie cuts.

Making an appointment is easy using either 2 options
We allow our time to be spent with our guests and provide a full service & experience without the interruptions of a phone ringing and we've too built in 15minute buffer time should you run late and if later than 15mins, we will contact you... So no stress! We hope you can appreciate this and recognise we're simply changing things up a little with no busy phone lines going off!
